Day sheets, travel, gear, crew lists and pay in one place. Everyone on the road sees their own day, with the right people and the right details, and not the group chat.
Added to a tour by your tour manager? Sign up with the same email and you land straight on it.
About the beta
Beta means Roadsheet is running on a real tour right now, with real crews, flights and gear. Everything on this page works today. It also means it changes every week, based on what the people using it ask for.
If something is missing or odd, tell us with “Send feedback” in the app. That is exactly what the beta is for.
What it does
Every screen is built to answer the question someone on the road actually has: when, where, who, and what exactly.
Show days, travel days and days off, each with times in local time, the venue, the hotel and who is on it.
PDF day sheet · tour in your calendarMark how each day travels. Flights show the passengers by name, with seats and booking references. Vehicles show the driver.
Flight · truck · train · bus · ferryOnly the people actually on that job, with roles, phone numbers and vehicles, as a PDF for the venue or festival.
Stand-ins for a single jobOne code per piece, weight and size included. Build packages like “Truck” or “Flight” and pick one per job. Scan a case to see what it is and where it goes.
Checked baggage and bag tagsOne person can be PM, pyro and driver on the same tour, each with their own rate. Driving pay follows the days they actually drive.
Show · travel · day off · drivingAllergies, diets, passports and next of kin, visible only to the people who need them, and never to the whole team.
You decide who sees whatVenue specs with load-in, parking and curfew. Room numbers. A guestlist you can check people in on at the door.
Contacts for runners and promotersA push reminder for changeover goes to the crew on it. Dinner goes to everyone. Publish changes and everyone sees exactly what moved.
Works with no signal, syncs afterBuild the tour once, with days, travel, gear and people, and stop answering the same five questions in the group chat.
Open the app and see your day: when you leave, what you drive, where you sleep and what you are paid.
One place for the whole production, with rights you can hand out role by role.
FAQ
Roadsheet is finished enough to run a real tour on, and it already does. It isn’t finished growing. Things are added and improved every week, and now and then something won’t be perfect. Beta users pay half and get a say in what comes next.
One price per artist, with every tour and the whole crew included: 990 kr a month, or 9 900 kr a year (two months free). During the beta it’s half: 495 kr a month or 4 950 kr a year, for your first 12 months. Prices are before VAT.
Every new artist gets 30 days free, without a card. Only the owner of the artist pays; everyone they add joins for free. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period. If nobody pays, nothing is deleted: the tour just becomes read-only.
Only people added to the artist. Each person gets roles that decide what they can see and edit, and pay and private details are hidden unless a role allows them. A new artist you create is visible only to you until you add someone.
No. Roadsheet runs in the browser on phone, tablet and computer. On a phone you can add it to the home screen, and it keeps working with no signal.
Sign up with the email they added you with. Your profile, roles, flights and rooms are already there waiting for you.
Tap “Send feedback” in the app: the speech bubble on Your tours, or the ··· menu inside a tour. It comes straight to us, and you can follow whether it is planned or done. Reports from the road are what the beta runs on.
30 days free, then half price through the beta. Set up an artist, add a tour and invite the crew in an afternoon.
